From Points South, Narragansett, Kingston
Take RI- 4N connector to I-95N to the State Offices Exit
bear right to ORMS St.,
continue straight then take right on Smith St.

From Points South, CT., Foxwoods Casino, Hope Valley, Exeter, Coventry, Warwick
Take I-95N to the State Offices Exit
bear right to ORMS St.,
continue straight then take right on Smith St.

From points South, Warwick, Cranston, Johnston (the shorter way)
From I-95 or I-195 Take Rt. 10 North to Providence to the Dean street exit
take a left at the end of the exit ramp onto Dean Street.
We are 7 lights up on the right hand corner of Oakland Ave. and Smith St.
(you will pass on the right, the Journal Bulletin, Burger King, Coca Cola,
continue, on the left you will see the Nathaniel Greene school, continue to the top of the hill and we are at the right hand corner intersection of Oakland Ave. and 580 Smith St. )

From Points East, East Providence, Barrington, Seekonk, MA, Bristol, Newport
Take I-195West to I-95North to Providence,
take the the State Offices exit,
continue across the traffic light to State St.
take a right onto Smith St.
We are less than one mile on the left proceeding west on Smith Street
from the RI State House and the new Providence Place Mall .
(diagonally across from the former Valueland Foods)

Northern RI/Mass patients coming to the office -Attleboro, Pawtucket, Central Falls
Take 95South to Exit 21 Atwells Ave. exit, bear right on to Atwells Ave.
then take a right at the light onto Dean St.
We are 7 lights up on the right hand corner of Oakland Ave. and Smith St.

Northern RI/Mass- Woonsocket, Uxbridge, Cumberland, Lincoln
Take 146 South to I-95 South to Exit 21 Atwells Ave. exit,
bear right on to Atwells Ave.
then take a right at the light onto Dean St.
We are 7 lights up on the right hand corner of Oakland Ave. and Smith St.

continue to the top of the hill

From Woonsocket, Cumberland, Lincoln, Central Falls, - (Shorter route)
Take 99S to 146S to Admiral St. Exit
continue straight through intersection light continue up the hill and take left on Douglas Ave
then 1/8 mi. take sharp right U-like turn onto Chalkstone Ave.,
continue straight through blinking light and stop sign and take right at intersection onto Smith St.
We are at the left corner intersection of Smith St. and Oakland Ave.
(diagonally across from the former Valueland Foods)

From points West, Greenville, North Providence,
Take Rte 44 (Smith St.) to 580 Smith St. on the right.
